Our Accessibility Commitment
Useful technology should be understandable and approachable. We aim to make information about Built2Sync and the steps for requesting help clear for people with different needs and ways of using the web.
Current Accessibility Practices
The website uses semantic headings and landmarks, descriptive links, and alternative text for meaningful images. The embedded scheduling calendar has a descriptive frame title and retains Calendly’s own form controls and accessibility behavior. These practices support accessibility; this statement is not a claim of independently verified conformance.
Keyboard Navigation
A “Skip to content” link lets keyboard users move past the header. Navigation links, buttons, the mobile menu, FAQ accordions, and form controls can be operated by keyboard. Visible focus indicators help show where you are on the page.
Responsive Design
Content is arranged to adapt to different screen sizes, with navigation and workflow diagrams adjusted for smaller screens. You can use your browser’s zoom and text-size controls to find a comfortable reading size.
Color and Readability
Clear headings, readable text sizes, and light and dark brand colors help distinguish content. Labels, icons, and written feedback provide context alongside color in workflow illustrations and scheduling status messages.
Reduced-Motion Support
The site responds to your device or browser’s reduced-motion preference. With that preference enabled, animated workflows show their completed state, time-saving totals appear without counting up, and entrances and transitions are disabled. The hero workflow also has a pause control when animation is enabled.
Ongoing Improvements
Accessibility is part of maintaining the website. Different browsers, assistive technologies, and personal settings can reveal issues that need attention. Calendly’s embedded scheduling service and other linked services have their own accessibility practices. The Workflow Audit page provides an email alternative if you need help scheduling.
